Introducing Chef Paul, the mastermind behind Mahi’aina, a premier personal chef service that is all about warm hospitality. With over a decade of culinary experience, Chef Paul has worked at top regional restaurants such as Jackson’s Restaurant in Pensacola, FL and High Cotton in Greenville, SC, as well as the nationally renowned Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, LA.

After spending four years in the world of fine dining, Chef Paul took a break from the industry to explore and learn new techniques and cuisines. For the past few years, he has been living on Hawaii Island, where he has immersed himself in the local food scene, learning to utilize the abundance of fresh ingredients that the island has to offer.

At Mahi’aina, Chef Paul is committed to providing warm hospitality, using seasonal, locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients to create customized menus that cater to your taste buds and dietary requirements. His specialties include Southern Food, Haute Creole, South Kona style Indian Food, and his own unique style, which he calls “Hawaiian Creole”.
