"Paul came to our house rental to prepare a dinner for family celebrating our 50th anniversary. The meal was outstanding-highlights were poke bomb appetizer, purple mash potatoes with seasoned macadamia nuts, and a perfect coffee rubbed pork tenderloin... Additionally, we had four grandchildren in our group of ten and he made a special meal of chicken tenders and shoestring fries. The four kids loved it.
